Welcome to Silverleisure Tours & Travel. By booking a tour with us or using our website www.silverleisuretours.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit at the time of reservation.
• Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour.
• Prices may vary depending on availability, season, and exchange rates.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

In case a booking is cancelled, the following cancellation shall apply.

• No show: 100%
• 1 – 7 days: 75%
• Above 14 days: 25%

The specific hotels and airline cancellation policies will also apply.

3. Liability

The company’s liability to passengers carried in the vehicles for transfers, excursions, and tours is governed by the laws of Kenya, and all claims are subject to the courts of Kenya. While every care is taken, the company shall not be Held liable for loss or damage to personal property, and clients are advised to arrange relevant travel insurance unless advised otherwise.

4. Sub Contract

The company reserves the right to subcontract any part or the full safari, and in the event of such subcontract, all the above terms shall apply.

5. Travel Documents & Insurance

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and vaccination certificates (if required).
• We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost property.

6. Responsibilities

• Silverleisure Tours & Travel will make every effort to ensure your safari or tour runs smoothly.
• We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by weather, government regulations, strikes, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.

7. Health & Safety

• Some tours may involve physical activity; clients must ensure they are medically fit to participate.
• Silverleisure Tours & Travel reserves the right to refuse participation if a client’s health condition poses a risk.

8. Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances but will always aim to provide equal value alternatives.

9. Governing Law
